What better way to detoxify your liver and cleanse your kidney is by naturally juicing a parsley. Containing high amounts of potassium and Vitamins A, B and C, this green superfood is also rich in sodium, iron, copper, chlorophyll, thiamin and riboflavin. I have here the simple steps on how to make parsley juice. Note that this should not be taken by pregnant moms in large amounts as it will cause other health issues.
What you need:
- Parsley leaves
- Cooking Pot
- Water
Procedure:
- Finely chop parsley leaves
- Place it in a cooking pot filled with enough amount of water
- Let it boil for around 10 minutes
- Strain the juice from the leaves
- Let it cool down
- Drink at least one (1) glass of the juice everyday
After this, you will notice residues in your urine. Take it as a normal drink while you're doing your tasks or while busy.
You can also refrigerate the excess juice to drink for the next day.
