Easy-to-do Spinach Cracklings with Dip

Need new ideas to prepare for the family? Well, here's a very healthy and easy-to-do spinach cracklings with dip menu.


Ingredients:




  • 265 g or 1 bunch of Spinach

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of pepper

  • 6 tbsp of water

  • 2 cups cooking oil


Procedure:

  • Remove the spinach leaves and rinse it well

  • Mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper in one clean bowl

  • Dip the spinach leaves into the mixed flour and cornstarch

  • Preheat the pan and pour in the oil

  • Deep-fry the spinach, putting in the leaves one at a time

  • Set aside and let it dry


For the dip, you can use a simple mayonnaise or sour cream.
