- Pour 2 cups olive oil in a pot
- Place it in low fire and let it heat until warm for 2 minutes
- Let oil cool to room temperature for about 5 minutes
- Place 5 sprigs of rosemary and 1/2 tbsp black peppercorns into the same pot
- Then let it steep until the oil cools
- Remove the rosemary sprigs
- Place the rosemary sprigs in decorative bottles
- Using a funnel, gently pour the oil into the bottles
- Cover it
- And store it in a cool dry place
