DIY Rosemary Flavored Olive Oil

For those who love using olive oil, here's one great way for you to enjoy it more-with FLAVOR!

Yahoo! gives us this simple trick of making a Rosemary flavored olive oil:


  • Pour 2 cups olive oil in a pot

  • Place it in low fire and let it heat until warm for 2 minutes

  • Let oil cool to room temperature for about 5 minutes

  • Place 5 sprigs of rosemary and 1/2 tbsp black peppercorns into the same pot

  • Then let it steep until the oil cools

  • Remove the rosemary sprigs

  • Place the rosemary sprigs in decorative bottles

  • Using a funnel, gently pour the oil into the bottles

  • Cover it

  • And store it in a cool dry place
