1. Fresh fruit juice. Not only is it natural but it comes in different flavors.

4. Palm sugar. The sap of the palmyra palm or sugar date palm trees is boiled to make a syrup. It is mostly used as a dessert toppings in numerous countries.

10. Jaggery. Perfect for indigestion and constipation. It's also high in mineral content.
