Fresh Tomato Salsa
Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes (1 lb.), chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeƱo pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
- Tortilla chips
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients together except the chips
- Serve the salsa with the chips
Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (1-1/2 inch)
- 1 each red and green pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Preparation:
- Heat grill to medium-high heat
- Thread chicken alternately with pineapple and peppers onto 8 long wooden skewers, using 2 skewers placed side-by-side for each kabob
- Mix barbecue sauce and juice concentrate; brush half evenly onto kabobs
- Grill 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce
Bubbly Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 qt. (4 cups) water
- 1 pkt. (makes 2 qt. drink) or 2 pkt. (makes 1 qt. drink each) CRYSTAL LIGHT Natural Lemon Flavor Iced Tea Mix*
- 1 bottle (1 L) diet carbonated lemon-lime beverage, chilled
Preparation:
- Add water to drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved
- Stir in carbonated beverage just before serving
- Serve over ice
