It's the graduation month! Many students will grace the stage in this once in a lifetime special occasion. I'm sure the families are now busy preparing for the event. To help you, here's a collection of graduation party food ideas from Kraft Recipes you can look at:





Fresh Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:

• 3  tomatoes (1 lb.), chopped


• 1/4 cup  finely chopped red onions


• 1/4 cup  chopped fresh cilantro


• 1  jalapeño pepper, finely chopped


• 1/4 cup  KRAFT Italian Dressing


• Tortilla chips

Preparation:

• Combine all ingredients together except the chips


• Serve the salsa with the chips

Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients:

• 1 lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces


• 2 cups  fresh pineapple chunks (1-1/2 inch)


• 1 each red and green pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces


• 1/2 cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce


• 3 Tbsp.  frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Preparation:

• Heat grill to medium-high heat


• Thread chicken alternately with pineapple and peppers onto 8 long wooden skewers, using 2 skewers placed side-by-side for each kabob


• Mix barbecue sauce and juice concentrate; brush half evenly onto kabobs


• Grill 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce

Bubbly Iced Tea

Ingredients:

• 1 qt.  (4 cups) water


• 1 pkt.  (makes 2 qt. drink) or 2 pkt. (makes 1 qt. drink each) CRYSTAL LIGHT Natural Lemon Flavor Iced Tea Mix*


• 1 bottle  (1 L) diet carbonated lemon-lime beverage, chilled

Preparation:

• Add water to drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved


• Stir in carbonated beverage just before serving


• Serve over ice
