The Central Business District (CBD) is one of the busiest places in Makati. Here, you will find people who are in a hurry, always moving at a fast pace. They are always on the go that they don't even have time to just sit and enjoy their meal. Kinda like a 5-minute fast break.

- 2 minutes - Munch through the meal then head outside the diner

At the heart of Makati CBD (Central Business District) is a year-old restaurant called CBD which stands for Cheesesteaks, Burgers and Drinks. It offers traditional American foods such as mentioned in the name.
The Place
CBD isn't hard to find because it's just in line with the other restaurants in Ayala Triangle Gardens.

As I enter inside CBD, my eyes relaxed at the green motif of the who whole area.
They even have flat screens displaying news from different places around the globe.
Oh, you'd definitely enjoy the sight of the counter. 3 additional flat screens showing CBD's delicious foods.
The Menu
The Food
I tried one of each on their menu. A bit excited because it's actually my first time to visit the place.
Under the Cheesesteaks category, I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich. For P285, you can enjoy an overload of thinly sliced angus beef with sauteed onions, sauteed bell peppers topped with creamy cheddar cheese sauce and placed in a soft french roll. With crispy potato strips on the sides, I wasn't able to control myself and dug in. :D
For the Burgers, I asked Chef Chiloy Santos, CBD's Chef Consultant what will he suggest ordering for someone who doesn't eat burgers. I love cheese so he recommended the Frankfurt Trio Cheeseburger. It's a regular cheeseburger with cheddar, swiss, and mozarella. Sounds cheesy, eh? :D Price: P260
Under the Drinks category where lovely and interesting Shake and Bake flavors i.e. milkshake + favorite cake blended together. I picked the blueberry cheesecake thinking how it would taste in a drink. FYI: One (1) order of shake and bake is equivalent to four (4) scoops of ice cream. I definitely felt the thickness and consistency as I took a sip.
These are Mild Buffalo Chicken Strips. I just can't get enough of its crispiness and the sweet chilli sauce. :)
Here, on the other hand, are Naked Chicken Strips. These, I love the most! Crispy outside, soft and tender inside. Perfect for barkada nights. :)
