How To Do Chicken Caesar Wraps

Ingredients:


1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
3 cups green leaf lettuce, chopped
1-2 green onions, sliced thin
1/2 sweet red bell pepper, sliced thin
8 pieces of thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1 pint bite sized tomatoes

Procedure:

  1. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook about 8-10 minutes until no pink is showing.

  4. Add the Caesar dressing to the chicken and simmer for another 5 minutes. Turn off and transfer the cooked chicken to a plate to let cool for a few minutes before adding to the wraps.

  5. Lay out the 4 tortillas.

  6. Divide the lettuce into the 4 wraps along with the red pepper and onion slices.

  7. Cut the cheese slices into strips and place onto the vegetables.

  8. Divide the cooled chicken between the wraps and roll up each wrap into a log.

  9. Serve each one on lettuce leaves with a handful of bite size tomatoes.

This recipe serves 4.
