Puso Ng Saging Burger

I'm not a burger person. I don't hate it, I just had a bad experience with a burger steak serving in Guadalupe, Makati branch years back. "Medyo malansa". So when I found out that you can now opt for puso ng saging instead of meat, I was surprised. I might do this for my family. Here, let me share with you the recipe of Puso ng Saging burger so you can also try it out.




Ingredients:


  • 3 pcs Puso ng Saging (finely chopped)

  • 1 pack breading mix

  • 1 tbsp liquid seasoning

  • 3 tbsp cooking oil

  • 2 eggs (beaten)

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 pc onion (finely chopped)

Procedure


  • Saute onion in cooking oil

  • Add the puso ng saging

  • Stir and let it cook

  • Put it all the ingredients except the flour and egg. Stir

  • Set aside in a big bowl and let it cool

  • Add in the flour and egg. Stir

  • Shape it in a circle form to create a burger patty

  • Fry it in a cooking oil
