I'm not a burger person. I don't hate it, I just had a bad experience with a burger steak serving in Guadalupe, Makati branch years back. "Medyo malansa". So when I found out that you can now opt for puso ng saging instead of meat, I was surprised. I might do this for my family. Here, let me share with you the recipe of Puso ng Saging burger so you can also try it out.

Ingredients:
- 3 pcs Puso ng Saging (finely chopped)
- 1 pack breading mix
- 1 tbsp liquid seasoning
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 pc onion (finely chopped)
Procedure
- Saute onion in cooking oil
- Add the puso ng saging
- Stir and let it cook
- Put it all the ingredients except the flour and egg. Stir
- Set aside in a big bowl and let it cool
- Add in the flour and egg. Stir
- Shape it in a circle form to create a burger patty
- Fry it in a cooking oil
