How To Do Mocca Fondue

One of my favorite treats when going to parties is the fruits with fondue. Oh, I just love the sweetness of the fondue and the tastes of the fresh fruit go together in perfect pair. I wonder, how do they prepare such simple yet yummy dessert?

Well, good thing I have my Nestle cookbook to help me out. I’m sure my hubby and my brother who loves eating and getting busy with his blackstar amp will appreciate this.

 

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened chocolate

1 cup all purpose cream

¼ cup coffee

2 tbsp water

Fruit slices

 

How to Prepare:

1. Heat up pan in a low fire

2. Melt chocolate

3. Add all purpose cream slowly while gently mixing

4. Stir in coffee until fully dissolved

5. Transfer in a bowl and serve with fruit slices of your choice
